they say the view goes from downtown all the way to catalina. i'd really give anything to wake up and see this while a have bacon & eggs with a mimosa

..as you can see its right next to the Sunset junction. so you can literally walk right to the farmers market. plus round august that street fair is off the chains. Gay people are totally friendly round here too.

the inside is beautiful as well, its everything i love in a place. Open Spaces, High Ceilings, Stainless Steel Kitchen.

...if you like it be prepared to drop $700k on it though (which is about $200k more than i can spend). though a real nice, beeeeaauuuutiful girl told me that they should be cutting down prices mad cheap soon. (....on the DL though)
