I met Cara yesterday.

I came back from lunch at Katsuya with my "work girlfriend" & ran into Cara, Phil, and Tiffani from Fanny Pak in the Glendale Galleria. (which is soo fuckin weird because Cara was the ONE girl from that show i ever talk about) They were so nice....and I accidentally told Cara I loved her, she smiled and said thanks.

Random Things I can't live without pt 1

usually its half in the morning and half in the evening when i get back from work...on big days (i.e Muay Thai/Strength Training.Morning Presentations...i usually just drink the whole thing). Any more than two a day and my nerves are totally shot. and i start sweating for no reason. the closest legal thing to coke i can find.

i dont know why i only drink the sugar free...im pretty sure either one is assuring me an early trip to a heart doctor. on the plus side I dare anyone to get in my face when i have one of these during sparring...lights out for you son!

Two Words: Push Email. If i did not have this then my work life would fall to pieces since i rarely ever access OUTLOOK on my computer. I can't live without this becuase of that reason. also i have GOOGLE CALENDER and all my tasks synced to this phone so i have all my appointments and TO DO's all good n proper form the laptop to the crackberry.to be honest i really wanted the curve, but it was incredibly hard to get one. its small and light though so that works well since i have two other phones.

FAVE APPS: Facebook, Bank of America (check this every 6 hours, gotta keep track of the finances), Yahoo To Go (its got wikipedia and my Myspace), Google Sync. MAPS (GPS tracking! yeah!)
